Rational conference, hosted in Orlando this year. Here is his presentation
for those not able to see him speak in Orlando.

As reported on the conference website, this presentation illustrates how
coordinated software engineering tools can be used to maximize the clarity,
completeness, and value of the EAP. The presenter examines modelling and
requirements tools usage in enterprise definition and governance, use of
additional connected repositories for precise definition of enterprise
transformations and their organization into a portfolio of programs, and
ways of coupling with other engineering tools to manage these
transformations.
